“In 2003 we were renovating Mill #6 at the Bates Mill complex in Lewiston, Maine. The exterior windows were very large with an arched top and the owner wanted to install new windows which retained the historic character of the existing windows. Rich proposed a solution which met all of the criteria and was much more economical than the other proposals presented.
Since that time I have dealt with Luc and his personnel on many projects ranging from $500 to contracts over $600,000 and their performance has always been excellent.
